License for Connecting Communities Toolkit

The contents of eHI's Connecting Communities Toolkit are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.5 License.  Use of the Toolkit requires agreement with the terms of this license. All registrants for the Toolkit are required to agree to these conditions and terms.

Privacy Policy

The Foundation for eHealth Initiative respects your privacy interests and therefore operates this site by these principles:

We are committed to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of personally identifiable information. Access to public areas on the Foundation for eHealth Initiatives web sites does not require registration. The site does, however, offer enhanced services that may require registration and entry of personally identifiable information, e.g., your e-mail address. Examples of such enhanced services would be e-mail notifications to subscribers, submission of online grant proposals, bulletin board discussions, and news digests on various eHealth topics.

We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that information our applicants and awardees provide cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.

We do use "cookies" (small files stored on your computer's hard drive) but only to facilitate the application submission process and access to specific areas of this web site, e.g., the contact form.

We do not sell, rent, share, or willfully disclose personally identifiable information you provide on this site to third parties, unless you have authorized us to make your information publicly available. However, as a recipient of federal funding from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), we reserve the right to share information you provide with DHHS in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
